Well today is my first day back at work after having a week off. I spent a few days last week in Ireland trying to tack down some of my ancestors, Michael Connor and Bridget Finn who supposedly hailed from Westport, County Mayo. On reaching Westport we asked around and did some research and found out that names Connor and Finn are not local Westport names but more than likely from around Shrule some 40 or so miles to the South. To this end I've now booked to go back to Ireland at the end of April to finish off the research.

Well actually hopefully the first of a million blog entries but I always liked the title of that Fairground Attraction album. I've just got this blog up and running and well on the way to getting Lost To Time back up and running. I apologise for the Godaddy adverts but until I'm happy with everything I'm going to use free hosting.
